• All Bookings are booked with a non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit.
• The remaining balance is due at the appointment by EMT, Cash or Credit.
  
• Bookings may be rescheduled 72 hours in advance. If rescheduling less than 72 hours your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
  
• No Shows - 50% of the service fee will be charged
  
• Cancellations - less than 24 hours a new non-refundable deposit.
  
• Lateness - Appointments are typically booked back to back - If you are running more than 20 min late the appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. Please take into account traffic, and weather conditions when driving to your appointment.
  
• Once your appointment has been booked please DM me a picture of your brows
  
• If you have previous work - you must send me a picture before booking to get approval.
  
• This is typically a two-step process. Initial appointment and a touchup (not included with the initial cost) The touch up can be booked 4-6 weeks after the initial appointment (see below) it is your responsibility to book this appointment. In rare cases, a third appointment may be required.
  
• Results are unpredictable, and cannot be guaranteed.
  
• Keep in mind everyone heals differently depending on skin, lifestyle, existing hair, medication and aftercare. We cannot guarantee results as we have no control over how your body will heal and how the pigment will retain in your skin.
  
• Everyone’s face is different, nobody’s face is totally symmetrical. Keep in mind Brows will always be sisters and not twins
  
• All permanent cosmetics use the process of inserting pigment into the dermal layer of the skin and is a form of tattooing. All instruments that enter the skin or come in contact with body fluids are disposable and disposed of after use. Health department regulations are STRICTLY adhered to.Generally, the results are excellent. However, a perfect result is not a realistic expectation. It is usual to expect a touch-up after the healing is completed. Sometimes a 3rd session is necessary.Initially the color will appear much more vibrant or darker compared to the end result. Usually within 7-10 days the color will fade 20-40%, soften and look more natural. Microblading pigment is semi-permanent and will fade over time and will likely need to be touched-up within 6 months to 18 months. Please note that color may fade faster depending on your skin & lifestyle habits.
  
• We cannot treat you if you:
  
• You are under 18 years age
  
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding
  
• You have glaucoma or taking blood thinning medicines (e.g., aspirin, warfarin)
  
• You have transmittable blood conditions like HIV or Hepatitis
  
• You have a haemophilia
  
• You are on any skin medication such as Accutane or steroids
  
• You have active skin cancer
  
• You undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy (consult your doctor)
  
• You have epilepsy
  
• You have a pacemaker or major heart problems
